No refunds will be issued for orders canceled due to failed age verification.

Online orders are processed and fulfilled through Saucey, an independent third-party ordering and delivery platform. Poppy's Smoke & Vape does not control and is not responsible for Saucey's terms, policies, account handling, pricing discrepancies, payment processing, delivery windows, delivery delays, driver conduct, or any other third-party service failure.

When you place an order, you are also subject to Saucey's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are available on the Saucey platform. We encourage you to review them before ordering.

All prices are subject to change without notice. This website is informational only and does not process payments. Final pricing, applicable taxes, fees and totals are confirmed on the Saucey platform at checkout. In the event of a discrepancy between this website and the ordering platform, the price shown at checkout governs.

Delivery is available only within our local service area, which currently includes Scottsdale, Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek, Carefree, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler and Gilbert, Arizona. Coverage of a specific address is confirmed at checkout.

Delivery acceptance requires a person 21 years of age or older to be present and to present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. Orders cannot be left unattended. If no qualifying adult is available, the order may be returned and fees may apply.
