About Poppy's Smoke & Vape
A locally owned smoke shop in Scottsdale, AZ built on real product knowledge, honest recommendations and a selection worth the drive.

Poppy's Smoke & Vape started with a simple frustration: most smoke shops either treated customers like a transaction or stocked whatever the distributor pushed that month. We wanted the opposite — a bright, well-stocked neighborhood shop off N 100th Street where you could walk in, ask a real question and get a straight answer.
Today we serve Scottsdale and Chandler from two locations, with same-day delivery reaching Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert and the northern desert communities of Cave Creek, Carefree and Fountain Hills.
Our Mission
Carry products we'd use ourselves, price them fairly, and make sure nobody leaves with the wrong thing. That means authentic devices only, brands that publish testing on their CBD, and glass we've actually inspected. If we wouldn't recommend it to a friend, it doesn't earn shelf space.

Community & Compliance
We sponsor local shops and events, hire from the neighborhood, and treat compliance as part of the job rather than a hurdle. Every purchase — in store, online or at your door — requires valid photo ID proving you're 21 or older. No exceptions, ever. It protects our community and it protects the shop that serves it.

How We Choose What to Stock
Every product on our shelves clears three filters: it comes from an authorized distributor, it holds up in daily use, and we can explain who it's for in one sentence. Devices we can't verify as authentic don't come in, CBD brands that won't publish third-party lab results don't come in, and glass we haven't inspected for finish and joint quality doesn't come in.
That discipline means we sometimes carry fewer options in a category than a bigger shop — but the options we carry are ones we'd hand a friend. When a brand's quality slips, we drop it rather than clear it out on unsuspecting customers.
What to Expect at the Counter
Tell us what device you're using, what you liked or disliked about the last thing you tried, and roughly what you want to spend. From there the conversation is short: nicotine strength, flavor family, airflow, joint size, coal type — whichever variables actually matter for your category.
If you're new to vaping or pouches, we'll deliberately start you low and cheap. It's far easier to step up a strength next visit than to recover from a first try that was too strong. If you're experienced, we'll skip the basics and talk stock, new arrivals and what's been performing.
Bring your glass piece or device in if fit matters. Confirming a 14mm versus 18mm joint at the counter takes ten seconds and saves a return trip across the Valley.
Two Locations, One Standard
Our Scottsdale store off N 100th Street and our Chandler shop carry the same core lineup and follow the same rules on authenticity, pricing and ID checks. Whichever is closer is the right one to visit, and staff at both can check whether an item is in stock at the other before you drive.
We're open seven days a week, including most holidays — Scottsdale 7AM–8PM and Chandler 9AM–9PM. Delivery runs during the same hours, so the shop is reachable for essentially the whole day either way.
