Delivery Questions We Hear Most
Whether we deliver to your address depends on distance rather than city limits, so if you're near the edge of the Valley just ask. Our service area covers Scottsdale, Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek, Carefree, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler and Gilbert.
Every delivery requires a valid government-issued photo ID showing you're 21 or older, presented to the driver at handoff. Someone else can accept your order only if they meet the same requirement, and drivers cannot leave 21+ products at the door.
Delivery fees and any order minimum appear at checkout on our ordering platform before payment, so there are no surprises when the driver arrives.
